Fried Turkey with Sprouts and Polenta

Ingredients
- 5 lbs Turkey
- 5 lbs Sprouts
- 3 TBS salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 small chopped onion
- olive oil

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
In a heavy bottomed pan, add the Turkey, Sprouts and a splash of olive oil. Sprinkle the salt and pepper over the ingredients, then toss to coat.

Fried in the oven for 24 minutes, tossing halfway to prevent ingredients from sticking. 5 minutes before you take the pan out of the oven, add the garlic and onion, then toss again. Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then serve with Polenta.
