Perry pivoted from a second career of developing properties to offering personalized luxury real estate services to clients in the New York Metro Area during the COVID pandemic and has branded himself as the #1 real estate choreographer.

Together, Claroni and Perry produced the I Love Greenwich brand to promote the Greenwich community and celebrate their unique perspectives.

Entrepreneur, pilot and finance professional, Christian Perry, known in his early career for making award-winning moves on many Hollywood dance floors, including Dancing with the Stars and A-List music videos in addition to films and commercials, has joined forces with Sotheby's International Realty Greenwich Brokerage -- one of the most prestigious organizations in the real estate industry today.

Perry partnered with Danielle Claroni, a top local agent with more than 25 years of luxury residential real estate experience in Greenwich. Claroni is also the Chairman of the Realtors Political Action Committee for Greenwich, Connecticut realtors. The team first met when Claroni represented Perry and his wife, Annette, as a buyer representative and a seller’s agent in 2015.

“Danielle’s knowledge, experience, and respect in the community are what sets her apart from the pack. It was not a question of who I was going to partner with when I became an agent. She is the best", Perry explained.

Perry is originally from Los Angeles and first visited Greenwich with his wife, then girlfriend, while finishing graduate school at the New York Institute of Technology. He stayed for a short time before returning to LA for work. Although Perry fell in love with Greenwich he said it was work in Hollywood that brought him back to the West Coast. After the couple started a family, he realized that he wanted his children to have vivid memories of their childhood with the four seasons in Annette's hometown.

“My memories while in California were not as clear as remembering a snowy afternoon or a beautiful fall morning,” Perry explained. “And, contrary to popular belief, there is no need to join a private club to live here and enjoy what Greenwich has to offer. The amenities for residents and visitors are endless in Greenwich."

Perry remodeled his first property in 2005 and used that experience as a “paid university of hands-on training”.

Since then he’s personally remodeled and built many new homes for himself and his clients. His success in real estate started immediately when Perry created equity with his first remodel and immediately reinvested and traded up.

He later used his experience in finance with Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor to see each property from an investor's point of view.

Today his projects range from land development and expediting to building 11,000+ square foot custom homes which is how his partnership with Claroni started. Perry's biggest strength in real estate is his experience from personally drafting floor plans and elevations on Autocad to building and selling. Perry’s experience as a real estate investor helps his clients understand what the advantages and more importantly the disadvantages are.

“If I can help prevent a major unknown mistake, I’m happy to,” said Perry. He continued, “Nothing makes me happier than helping a family or investor improve their quality of life. That’s what it’s all about in the end."

Over the past year, Perry has personally placed many families in the Greenwich area migrating from the New York City boroughs. His mission is to help his clients "make the best moves" and has branded himself as the #1 "real estate choreographer", playing off of his expertise as a professional dancer and experienced coach.

Together the team possesses unrivaled knowledge of the historic town, from its cultural gems, renowned schools, and clubs to its varied country and coastal lifestyle offerings. Due to their differences and diverse backgrounds, Claroni and Perry are one of the most well-prepared real estate teams to help clients land or list luxury homes in Greenwich during a seller's market where inventory is low and demand is high.

Perry and Claroni specialize in Greenwich real estate, from development to existing homes, new or pre-war. They will help clients with anything in Greenwich and will always answer their phones and return calls. The team is always reachable and will look out for their client’s best interest with an out-of-the-box approach and solutions to almost any real estate question or issue.

The team developed the I Love Greenwich platform (ilovegreenwich.com) and social channels, a community resource that celebrates the town. The platform is used to celebrate living, working, and playing in Greenwich from their different perspectives while also spotlighting local leaders and business owners that matter most to them.

“What I love about working with Christian is our ability to see different solutions to the same problem. We are both creative and inventive, and we have different perspectives. I know that one of us will come up with a solution that will work for the client because we complement each other and have different strengths so we shore up each other’s weaknesses” said Claroni. “I loved Christian’s energy and enthusiasm, not to mention his business acumen,” said Claroni. She continued, “He’s also a man of his word. But mostly, it’s his integrity I admire."

Claroni has represented people all over the spectrum from Section 8 tenants trying to find a good place to raise their children to celebrity athletes and captains of industry. She was born in Canada but lived all over the world and moved to Greenwich at the age of 19 when her dad became president of Princess Hotels. Claroni was motivated to become a real estate agent after she and her husband purchased their first home over 25 years ago.

“Real Estate in town has exploded so it is important to have good advice! The pandemic will be over at some point and people need to make smart decisions when buying and selling. There are still good deals out there and we know how to find them," Claroni emphasized.

Although the team works primarily in Greenwich, they also work in the surrounding areas of Westchester and Fairfield County. This past year they’ve moved clients in and out of Bedford, Pound Ridge, Harrison, North Salem, Armonk, Ossining, Stamford, Westport, Wilton, and Darien to name a few. The team has the capability of taking clients to nearby towns in Westchester or Fairfield County to find smart relocation opportunities.

They’ve worked with a few first-time home buyers, relocating from New York City, that are looking for good school systems and want land.

Additionally, buyers and sellers have worked with the I Love Greenwich real estate team throughout New York and Connecticut.
