Greenwich Home Goes on the Auction Block
A New York real estate firm is planning an auction to sell a backcountry Greenwich custom-built Colonial.

A real estate firm is hoping that having a public auction will sell a 9,000 square foot Colonial in Greenwich’s northwest corner.
Sheldon Good & Company Luxury Real Estate, a New York-based luxury real estate auction firm, in cooperation with Country Estates & Manors, has announced it’s offering the custom built six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bath Colonial at 39 Bedford Rd.
The 9,000-square-foot residence was originally listed for $4,995,000 and now is being offered with a suggested opening bid of $2.5 million at auction on Nov. 16, offering prospective bidders a chance to own the brick and natural stone home with custom moldings, an attached three-car garage, and ceilings up to 26 feet.
