Greenwich Makes Forbes Most Expensive Zip Codes List

06831 — one of five zip codes in the Town of Greenwich ranks 50th on Forbes annual most expensive zip code list.

Actually, all of the town’s zip codes made the list that looks at median home price data for more than 29,500 postal codes covering 95% of the U.S. population.

The median sale price for a home in the 06831 zip code is $2,954,454. There was an inventory of 255 homes as of Nov. 10 and the average home spent 247 days on the market.

Old Greenwich, Riverside, Cos Cob and Greenwich 06830 zip codes are on the list.
