We had 38 properties sell in January compared to 31 in January of 2015, up 22%.

New Listings

We had 97 new listings in January compared to 75 last year up 29%.

Of the 38 properties to sell in January 15 were in the price point $500K-$1M.Year to Date AvailableThere are 102 properties between $2M and $3M making it the largest price point at 18% of the total inventory.
