Greenwich Real Estate Guy's Blog: Featured Property and Open House List May 22nd

One of the best aspects of being a realtor in Greenwich is the exquisite homes and properties I get to tour. The downside is that over time when I have seen so many over $10M and over $20M homes, I find that the "wow" factor has diminished over time. However, that was not the case when I came across 142 Cedar Cliff Road. This 2016 built home was done in a way of keeping the French Normandy style with the modern interiors and flow of today's lifestlye. What stood out to me was the details and the beautiful views of the Long Island Sound from many of the rooms. The house sits on 1.16 acres is listed as 9,258 s.f. has five bedrooms all en suite. The home is in a coveted Riverside Association, has a shoreline pool and deeded rights to a private beach. One of my favorite details is that there is a balcony off one of the rooms where one could have a cocktail or cigar while taking in the breathtaking views. The list price is $10.5M.
