Here are some takeaways:
First, the numbers - all for Greater Greenwich Single Family homes:

• 28 homes sold in January - a 33% decline vs. January 2017.
• Sales in the $0-$1m range doubled in January vs. last year....10 vs. 5.
• Median prices fell 19% to $1,431,250.
• Average prices rose 7% to $2,686,429
• Total Dollar volume dropped 28% to $75,220,007.
