Greenwich Real Estate Guy's Blog: Open House List May 21st

Dear Patch Readers,

As you probably can tell if you follow the blog, writing is not necessarily my specialty :) Hence, I hire copywriters to do my write ups for advertising. That being said, I would be remiss not to mention from my standpoint what great value 444 Old Church Road, where I am doing an open house Sunday from 1-4 p.m. This house was expanded and renovated by the owners. When they expanded they left no stone unturned. The amount of detail to their specifications is second to none, including the amenities. They designed it so every bedroom has it's own bathroom, put the laundry on the second floor, great sound system throughout the house, and did a phenomenal job with the stone work to make an incredible patio, outdoor fire place, and unbelievable yard with pool, especially so close to town. The kitchen overlooks the incredible yard and pool in a way you can always see the little ones playing. Literally, two and a half minute drive to Whole Foods and the start of Greenwich Avenue. Rare to get such a nice yard and pool so close to town. If, you click on the listing you can see the more professional copy writers take on the home and property. It is priced a hair under $3M.
