Greenwich Real Estate Guy's Blog: Open House List October 16th

Dear Patch Readers,

Pictured above is 444 Old Church Road. There are times when homeowners or agents call me to ask to feature their property. In this case I have shown the above listing a couple of times to prospective buyers, and you would be hard to find a better yard in Mid Country than this home. The lawn is gorgeous and meticulously maintained with a beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen with bar and barbecue. One is struck by the family gatherings that were spent in such a special setting. All of this just minutes from Greenwich Avenue. The house has incredible space and amenities. There will be an open house from 1-4 p.m. on this Sunday.
