There are times when a property has been on the market for a while that it loses a little of the steam from when it was first brought onto the market. The above pictured 33 Hendrie Avenue is a property that just lowered it's price to $2.795M. Personally I feel this is one of the best buys out there. I love older homes and this home mixes charm and modern conveniences incredibly well. Not to mention a stones throw from Riverside Elementary and Eastern Middle School, one is not getting in their car to go to schools for years.
