Greenwich Real Estate Guy's Blog: Open House List October 2nd

Dear Patch Readers,

Pictured above is 348 Sound Beach Avenue in Old Greenwich. The open house is from 1-3 p.m. on Sunday. Marta Stroll wrote the following on the property:

Set back off the street, you will be welcomed home each day by an inviting front porch and, once inside, spaces that are the perfect setting for either a relaxing evening or a large parties. The Master Suite is a sanctuary with treetop views and a luxurious marble Master Bath with whirlpool tub and ample separate shower. In addition, there are 3 en suite Bedrooms and 2 which share a Jack and Jill Bath.
