Greenwich Resident Launches Quigler Real Estate App
Quigler App provides greater transparency and enhanced communication for REALTORS ® ' buyers and sellers.

Quigler: The Greater Fairfield Board of REALTORS ® (“GFBOR”) is offering consumers and REALTORS ® a new tool for achieving greater transparency and enhanced communication during a buy/sell transaction.
GFBOR is the first real estate association in the state to utilize Quigler www.Quigler.com, an App that keeps consumers abreast of an agent’s actions on their behalf during the buy/sell process. The technology is a boon to both real estate professionals and their clients, as it enhances transparency, process knowledge and the flow of communications, inviting consumers to see the sequential steps of a buy/sell transaction and follow along. The Application informs consumers and agents of federal and state laws and REALTORS ® ’ ethical requirements in the buy/sell process. Agents can invite consumers to join them and follow along.“We are pleased to help the members of the Greater Fairfield Board of REALTORS’ ® provide the public with greater transparency and communication,” said Erika Songer, President of GFBOR, “Quigler helps to take the veil off the transaction process, and consumers appreciate that.” By using the App, a real estate professional can empower their client to know in advance what is required, when it was done and even learn why it’s essential.
According to the National Association of REALTORS ® , 93 percent of consumers want knowledge of the real estate process and 92 percent want responsive communication.

HOW IT WORKS
The App is simple to use:

- Agents can invite clients to join them on the App
- After logging in for free at www.Quigler.com, consumers can invite their favorite agent to join them
- When the selected agent completes a required action, the consumer gets an instant time-stamped and dated notification, creating a running record of what has been done, and thus automating an additional layer of communication with the client
Buying or selling a home is arguably one of the largest financial transactions for most
consumers. Quigler allows them to “look under the hood” to ensure they understand the process
and get maximum value for the commission being paid.
