Greenwich WOW House -- The Former Trump Estate

The home that 'The Donald' and Ivana Trump once lived in Greenwich's Indian Harbor waterfront is on the market.

It’s been decades and two wives later since Donald Trump essentially said ‘You’re fired’ and divorced Ivana Trump.

As part of the divorce settlement Ivana received the couple’s 47-room weekend home situated on nearly six acres in the private waterfront Greenwich enclave of Indian Harbor. The Donald and Ivana purchased the 47-room waterfront manse as their Greenwich weekend house for $3.7 million, according to a 1990 People Magazine article.

“They would arrive at the waterside retreat in either a stretch limo or red convertible with an IVANA license plate,” according to the article. “This is where they come to lead a normal family life,” says a neighbor. In spite of the presence of three guards and two nannies, “the kids can fish and ride bikes. They go to McDonald’s,” according to the People article.

Now the home is on the market — after extensive renovations to the nearly 20,000 square foot mansion — for the handsome sum of $54 million. Luxury home Realtor Tamar Lurie with Coldwell Banker is the listing agent.

According to the Coldwell Banker listing, the “present owners have indulged in extensive remodeling and additions including a sensational guest house with luxury suites and indoor pool. A three-story rotunda introduces the regal main rooms each with commanding views of the pool, putting green, tennis court and manicured lawns.”
