Indian Harbor Estate Hits Greenwich Market at $54 Million
The home sits on a peninsula and has been extensively renovated.

A six-acre waterfront estate in the exclusive Indian Harbor community has hit the Greenwich market with an eye-popping $54 million price tag.
The 21 Vista Dr. estate was listed this week by Coldwell Banker realtor Tamar Lurie, the doyenne of luxury real estate who’s ranked by the Wall Street Journal as one of the top 100 realtors in the country.
Built in 1939, the nearly 20,000 square foot home includes both indoor and outdoor pools, a tennis court, putting green among its recreational accoutrements.

The home is described as “one of the most impressive properties in the country,” according to the listing.
The home has eight-bedrooms and 11.5 baths. It is further described as “reestablishing its original beauty, the present owners have indulged in extensive remodeling and additions Including a sensational guest house with luxury suites and indoor pool. A three-story rotunda introduces the regal main rooms each with commanding views of the pool, putting green, tennis court and manicured lawns. Three fully equipped staff apartments.”

In 2013, the property taxes were $71,924.
If sold at the asking price, the Vista Drive property would easily become the second most expensive waterfront estate in Greenwich. In April, the 50-acre Copper Beech Farm estate — also in the Indian Harbor community — was sold for $120 million. It was the second most expensive home sale in the country.
