GREENWICH, CT — The most expensive current listing in Greenwich is this eight bedroom, 11 bathroom home called Field Point, "an exquisite custom-built stone Georgian" waterfront home on the market for $55 million, according to realtor.com.
Resting on 2.46 acres, the home was designed by the award-winning architecture firm, Shope Reno Wharton Associates, and was built in 2008.
It was once owned by former IBM CEO Thomas Watson Jr., and it is currently owned by Tremblant Capital Chair Brett Barakett and Meghan Barakett, reported the Greenwich Time.
