New Luxury Condominiums Launched In Greenwich

GREENWICH, CT — From Houlihan Lawrence: More than 150 people helped Houlihan Lawrence kick off the opening of the new Beacon Hill 2 of Greenwich luxury condominiums last week with a launch party and ribbon cutting.
The Beacon Hill launch party, which was held on October 4 on the rooftop terrace of Beacon Hill 2 at 70 Sound View Drive in Greenwich, CT, showcased the just completed project and welcomed clients, buyers and Greenwich and Westchester agents to preview the model and residences.
Beacon Hill 2 is raising the bar in luxury living with Downtown Greenwich’s first new construction condominium project showcasing nine single-floor residences with private terraces and garden patios and Long Island Sound views. Amenities include concierge services, state-of-the-art fitness center, climate-controlled storage, spacious parking, and a private rooftop deck with outdoor kitchen and entertaining spaces.

Guests at the launch party included Town of Greenwich First Selectman Peter Tesei, principal of Belpointe Capital and Beacon Hill developer Brandon Lacoff, Beacon Hill 2 architect Rich Granoff, Houlihan Lawrence President Chris Meyers, and David Haffenreffer, Managing Broker of Houlihan Lawrence’s Greenwich office, along with more than 100 top Greenwich and Westchester agents and managers. Watson’s Catering and Events provided the food, cocktails and music.
The project is 98% completed and waiting for certificates of occupancy for the first four residences to close. Six condos are under contract with three remaining. Exclusive marketing and sales are being provided by Houlihan Lawrence.

Priced from $2,449,000, the new two- and three-bedroom homes in Phase 2 feature a sunny open floor plan, stone and cedar shake shingle exteriors, nine-foot ceilings, wide-plank oak flooring throughout except in the bathrooms and laundry rooms, and gracious base and crown moldings.
