Robert Weinstein - Harvey Weinstein's Brother - Sells CT Home

The home, located on the water in the Byram section of Greenwich, fetched a pretty penny.

GREENWICH, CT — The younger brother of disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein has sold his waterfront Greenwich home for $17 million, according to a real estate site and Greenwich Free Press.

Robert Weinstein, founder of the mostly horror film company Dimension Films, bought the property - located at 207 Byram Shore Road - in 2000 for $16.4 million. Over the years he had it extensively renovated.

The Free Press writes that in 2013 and for subsequent years, Weinstein had the property listed for $32 million. The site realtor.com states the home measures nearly 13,000 square feet, rests on 3.28 acres and was built in 1916.
