Sold for $3.2 Million, A Mid-Country Home That Was Part of the Simmons' Family Rambleside Estate

This week's top home sale is a serene mid-country estate on two-and-a quarter acres that abuts private conservation land — talk about privacy and verdant grounds!

On a historical note, the home at 11 Simmons Ln., which sold for $3.2 million, was part of the original Simmons estate that was called Rambleside, according to Zillow.com. The home situated on more than two acres sold for $3.2 million.
