Sold: Greenwich Avenue Storefronts Sell for $24.4 Million

The top sale in Greenwich real estate wasn't a McMansion in the backcountry. Rather it was a commercial building housing five Greenwich Avenue stores.

The building at 252-264 Greenwich Ave. was built in the early 1900s and has been sold for $24,450,000, according to Greenwich land records. The structure is home to the British clothier Jack Wills at 252l Calpyso St. Barth at 254; Madewell at 256, the Sunglass Hut at 260 and Gap Kids at 262.

The most expensive residential real estate sale was a Steamboat Road condominium in the complex built on the former Manero's restaurant site. It was sold for $4 million.
