Sold! Stanley Druckenmiller’s Greenwich Estate Fetches Millions

Located on Sabine Farm and Round Hill roads, the gorgeous home measures more than 12,200 square feet and rests on more than 19 acres.

GREENWICH, CT -- The stunning Greenwich estate of hedge fund billionaire Stanley Druckenmiller, listed earlier this year for $31.5 million, was sold this week for $25 million, reports the Greenwich Time.

The sale marks the town's highest residential real estate purchase in 2017, and is one of three home transactions of $20 million or more this year.

Known as Sabine Farm, the home has 20 rooms and was built in 1910. Druckenmiller bought it in 2004 for $23 million, according to the publication.
