Top Greenwich Home Sale: $9.8 Million for an Indian Harbor Mansion

A custom-built Georgian brick home in the private, gated Indian Harbor Association community on Greenwich’s waterfront, was the top home sale for the first week of February.

The home is situated on more than 1.5 acres and includes its own pier, dock, and boat house overlooking the dramatic water vistas. The 8,200-plus square foot home features a two-story front- to-back center hall that leads to a stone terrace and pool overlooking the harbor. There also is glass solarium, cherry-paneled library and gym in the home that sold for $9,837,500.
