GREENWICH, CT -- One of President Donald Trump's old haunts is back on the market, once again for significantly more than the $4 million he and first wife Ivana paid for it in the early 1980s. Robert and Suzanne Steinberg, the estate's current owners according to the Daily Mail, are seeking $45 million for 21 Vista Drive in Greenwich, which rests on 5.8 waterfront acres in Indian Harbor.

The Steinbergs tried to sell it for $54 million a couple of years ago, reduced the price to $45 million, then took it off the market for a while before recently re-listing it at the reduced price.

Measuring nearly 20,000 square feet and built in 1939, the home has eight bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, indoor and outdoor pools, a tennis court, a putting green and staff quarters, among other features.

The current listing would do The Donald proud with its vivid description and generous use of capitalization.
