U.S. Senate Candidate Chris Shays visited Groton Tuesday with Mayor Heather Bond Somers and Town Councilor Jim Streeter.
Shays talked to local citizens and small business owners, ate at Paul's Pasta, stopped at Ken's Tackle shop and visited Par Four, where he was also able to see one of Groton's highlights - Shennecossett Golf Course.
