The Geenty Group, Realtors, reports the lease of two units at 2344 Foxon Road, North Branford, CT. Both of these units were leased by art sculptors and for both of these leases, Bill Clark, Kristin Geenty, and Kevin Geenty served as the agents for the Landlord, Cooper Partners, LLC.

The first space of 1,300 SF was leased to Martin Kersels. Gillian Goldrich of Berkshire Hathaway in Shelton was the agent for the Tenant.

The second space of 1,000 SF was leased to Sandra Burns. Gillian Goldrich was also the agent for the Tenant.
