Groton Board Of Assessment Appeals To Meet March 23

The Board of Assessment Appeals for the Town of Groton will be meeting during the month of March to complete the business of appeals pertaining to the assessments of Real Estate and Personal Property for the October 1, 2020 Grand List, and for the 2019 Supplemental Motor Vehicle Grand List. The list of meetings and dates are as follows:

Tuesday, March 23, 2021 – 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm

Appeals are heard by appointment only, and only those property owners who submitted petition forms received by the Groton Assessor's Office by February 20, 2021 are eligible to appeal. The hearings will be held with remote participation, hosted remotely from the Assessor’s Office in the Groton Town Hall, 45 Fort Hill Road, Groton, CT. Remote access information will be provided on the town website 24 hours before the meeting.
