Frank Dipietro, 37, 140 Arcadia Road, Hope Valley, R.I., 8:42 p.m., possession of controlled substance: non-narcotic/hallucinogenic/less than four ounces, possession of narcotics/cocaine with intent to sell, possession of less than ½ ounce cannabis, first offense, unauthorized manufacture, sale of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia; court date April 15.
