GROTON, CT — Groton public schools are closed indefinitely due to concerns about the spread of coronavirus.

The district released the following statement:

Groton Public Schools are closed until further notice.

We know that students may need access to their school to retrieve medications, books, or other materials. On Monday, March 16, our schools will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, and the school nurses and other staff will be available to assist you.
