  3. During the month of September, the City of Groton is exhibiting an original work of art by David Wagner commemorating the attacks against the United States which took place on September 11, 2001. The work focuses on the selfless acts of the responders in light of the tragedy..
  4. On Thursday, Conor Grennan, author of “Little Princes,” will appear at Fitch High School for a book discussion. Little Princes was eastern Connecticut’s 2013 One Book, One Region selection and a book signing will follow Grennan’s presentation; free. Call (860) 441-6750 for details.
