Man Brandishes Knife, Robs Henny Penny in Groton: Police
Groton Police are seeking help from the public in identifying the suspect.
At approximately 11:39 p.m. Wednesday, May 25, the Town of Groton Police Department responded to Henny Penny, located at the corner of Route 184 and Route 117 in Groton, for a report of an armed robbery.
"The suspect entered the business brandishing a knife and stole an amount of cash from the register," police said. "The suspect, who was wearing a black hooded sweat shirt and a black bandana, fled on foot towards Candlewood Road."
Police are seeking assistance from the public in identifying the suspect in the photo. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Groton Town Police Department Detective Division at 860-441-6716.
