Multiple Bonding Projects On The Agenda At Freeman’s Meeting On March 1 In Groton City

The meeting will be held in person at the City of Groton Municipal Building, 295 Meridian Street, Groton and via Zoom.

The City of Groton will be holding a Freeman’s Meeting on Monday, March 1, 2021 at 7pm seeking approval for multiple bonding projects. Per Connecticut General Statutes, Section 7-6, all electors of the City of Groton and any citizen 18 years or older who is liable to the City for taxes assessed against him/her on an assessment of not less that $1,000, is eligible to vote.

The meeting will be held in person at the City of Groton Municipal Building, 295 Meridian Street, Groton and via Zoom. All electors will be required to present a picture ID and proof of tax liability for those not living in the City to be eligible to vote.
