Mystic River Waterfront Sells for $1.24 Million
A Gravel Street Mystic River-front house in downtown Mystic has sold for $1.24 million, said to be the fourth highest sale in Groton in 2019

GROTON, CT—A Gravel Street Mystic River-front house in downtown Mystic has sold for $1.24 million, according to Randall Realtors, Christie’s International Real Estate.
Randall says according to data from the Connecticut Statewide Multiple Listing Service, the sale is the fourth highest in Groton in 2019.
The sale of 15 Gravel Street, Groton closed on August 13.

Built in 1835, the house is a Greek Revival with Italian villa. Randall described it as a house that "blends together perfectly the charm and character of Mystic..." not to mention, "... enchanting views of The Mystic Seaport Museum."
