Henry E. "Buddy" Destremps Jr., 59, of Connecticut, who began his career at Thames Valley Steel in Groton, died April 14. He was the husband of Cheryl (Dowd) Destremps, to whom he had been married for 33 years.
Virginia Mae Ashley Fisher, 94, who last worked at Connecticut College and has relatives in Groton, died in her home on April 13.
Lawrence R. Grills of Lebanon Road, who worked as a carpenter for 20 years at Electric Boat in Groton, died unexpectedly on April 11, at his home.
Dorothy Rodriguez, 91, of Groton, died on April 12 at Bayview Health Care Center in Waterford.
