Two Injured in Car Accident Sunday

Two people were injured in an accident at 10:24 p.m. on Sunday at the intersection of Pleasant Valley Road north and Route 12, Poquonnock Bridge Fire Department Deputy Chief Curt Floyd said.

Two people from one of the cars were taken by ambulance to a local hospital. Both were wearing seat belts.

Their identities were not available and no further information was available.
