$3.6M Guilford Condo Sale Highest In New Haven County

The Residences at 66 High Street's ​4,000-square foot penthouse, with sweeping views of the LI Sound, sold for $3.65 million.

GUILFORD, CT —This is the highest-selling condominium unit in New Haven County to date is in Guilford.

The Leete Building penthouse in the Residences at 66 High Street was sold for $3.65 million by Byron Lazine and Nicole White of One + Company at William Raveis Real Estate.

The 66 High Street luxury condominiums, built by the Horton Group, LLC, include the 4,000 square foot penthouse, which fills the top floor and features "panoramic views of Long Island Sound."

"Walking distance to the Guilford Green, the luxury residences combine modern amenities with shoreline community," the media release from One + Company at William Raveis Real Estate reads. "Listed at $3.95 million, the penthouse is the only condominium unit to ever sell above $3 Million in New Haven County."

"There is just one condo sale in the county above $2 million, also at the Residences at 66 High Street, which sold at over $912 per square foot, this sale also breaks 66 High Street’s previous record for the highest price per square foot.

“These are luxury residences in the best location with the best amenities. There’s nothing in the state of Connecticut like 66 High Street," Kenny Horton, Founder and Partner of the Horton Group, said in the release.

There are four luxury units at 66 High still for sale, the release noted.
