Apartment Building Sells For $685K

BRANFORD--A Guilford company bought an apartment complex in Branford for $685,000, according to a report in The New Haven Register.

Guilford-based ALMR bought the apartment building at 4 Three Elms Road from the estate of William Wade, The New Haven Register reports.

The seven-unit building, located in Stony Creek, has a view of Long Island Sound and the Thimble Islands.

Last sold in 1995, the property is appraised at $491,400 with an assessed value of $344,000, according to The New Haven Register.
