More than 13,000 square feet of office on Church Street has been sold as an investment to a Farmington company.
GUILFORD, CT - Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, today announced that Joel Galvin, GRI, CCS, Senior Commercial Associate in the North Haven Commercial office, recently brokered the sale of 405 Church Street in Guilford.
The property is a 13,440SF office building, that sold for $1.8M. Mr. Galvin represented the Seller, 405 Church Street Associates, LLC, and also represented the buyers, Sherman Parkway, LLC & Farmington Properties LLC. The property was purchased as an investment.
