Guilford Building Rents To Personal Protective Equipment Maker

GUILFORD, CT — A flexible commercial space at 1 Shoreline Drive in Guilford has been rented to a company that manufacturers personal protective equipment, including ventilators.

In a release, the Geenty Group Realtors said the 6,500 square foot space is part of a larger 72,000 square foot flex building with truck docks. It has been rented to Bio-Med Devices, Inc.

According to the release, Bio-Med's new expansion facility on 1 Shoreline Drive is only two blocks from its headquarters and primary manufacturing facility.

Bio-Med was represented in the trans action by Kevin Geenty, and the landlord, Russo Real Estate, LLC, was represented by Bill Clark, also of the Geenty Group.
