GUILFORD, CT — Page Taft Christie’s International Real Estate, part of The Randall Family of Companies, New England’s coastal real estate specialists announces the sale of 32 Ironwood Road, Guilford at $1,345 million.
The property was listed by John Campbell of Page Taft Christie’s Madison office, and lasted just two days on the market. The sale is the ninth highest in Guilford in 2019, according to data from the Connecticut Statewide Multiple Listing Service (CTMLS). It closed on Sept. 11.
