Despite challenges business communities faced during the pandemic, Page Taft-Christie's International added two new agents in Guilford.
GUILFORD, CT —Despite all the many challenges that the business community has endured as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Guilford office of Page Taft-Christie’s International Real Estate has added two new agents, Branford resident Mary Pont and New Haven resident Mati Pawlak.
“We’re fortunate to be in a position to welcome two new agents to our office in Guilford, and are encouraged by the resilience of our industry during these difficult times,” President of Page Taft-Christie’s International Real Estate and The Randall Family of Companies Michael Schlott said. “We are constantly looking to expand the services we offer to our clients and we’re hopeful that these motivated agents, with their unique skill sets and experience, will make a positive impact on our agency and on the community of Guilford.”
All new agents hired since the start of the New Year will benefit from Page Taft’s newly-implemented “Professional Development Roadmap,” a 52-week training program teaching strategies for success in the industry, with new learning opportunities each week throughout the entirety of 2021. This program, coupled with the companies’ comprehensive marketing support, existing professional agent support staff, state-of-the-art technological tools for agent productivity, and more sets each newly-hired agent up for success by giving them the tools, training, resources and support they need to excel.
