Guilford's Largest Real Estate Deal in 10 Years Just Announced
The property includes direct waterfront land with a private beach and a dock.

Guilford, CT — A Madison based realtor has just completed the largest real estate transaction in Guilford in over a decade.
William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty announced today that Stephen Glennon of the firm’s Madison brokerage represented the buyer in the highest sale in ten years for Guilford.
The contemporary Colonial waterfront home sold for a record price of $5.2 million marking the highest sale in town since 2006, according to a news release.

The recently sold property, located at 270 Old Quarry Road, contains 1.4 acres of direct waterfront land with a private beach, dock and several outdoor spaces and amenities overlooking the Long Island Sound, according to a statement.
The residence contains four bedrooms, five full and two half baths, and a total of 6,421 square feet of space. Its master bedroom features a fireplace, full bath and walk-in closet, as well as a balcony with water views. Fireplaces are also found in the eat-in kitchen, which boasts granite countertops and a center island, and the home’s spacious, bright living room. French doors lead out to professionally landscaped, sloping grounds and multiple exterior areas for relaxation and home entertainment.
