No Age Restrictions for Guilford Village West

GUILFORD--A proposed condo complex in Guilford will be open to all ages thanks to a new amendment.

Guilford Village West, approved a decade ago but not yet built, won't have to limit occupancy to the 55-plus crowd, The Guilford Courier reports.

The town's Planning and Zoning Commission approved an amendment that removes a senior housing requirement for Guilford Village West, The Guilford Courier reports.

A total of 115 condo units have been proposed and the units would be priced from $390,000 to $500,000, according to the report.
