GUILFORD, CT - The Geenty Group, Realtors, reports the sale of 25-27 Boston Street, Guilford. The Buyer is Austin Holding Corp.

It is an investor owned entity who will continue the existing tenancies in the building. Richard Splain is the President.

The seller is Bible Hill Associates, LLC. The sale price was in excess of $480,000.

The property is a two-story colonial style commercial building directly on the Guilford Town Green, with offices or retail on the first floor and 2 in-village apartments on the second floor. Cheryl Morris and Kevin Geenty, both of The Geenty Group, were the agents for the seller.
