Benefits Advisor Firm Comes to Hamden

HAMDEN, CT — A company specializing in employee benefits and consulting has leased space at 109 Sanford St. in a deal brokered by Levey Miller Maretz.

Bluepoint Benefit Advisors LLC signed a five-year lease for 9,600 square feet of office space at the site, Levey Miller Maretz announced in a press release.

Steve Miller of Levey Miller Maretz represented the landlord, Devonshire LLC, in the deal. Stacy Bucci of Calcagni Real Estate represented the tenant.

Bluepoint Benefit Advisors works with employers, providing consulting and employee benefit services.
