Connex Hosts “Buying Your First Home.”

Connex Credit Union hosts a series of free financial education workshops throughout the year. Workshops educate consumers on timely financial topics and how to set and achieve goals. 

Learn about the home buying process from start to finish and what to expect when buying a home for the first time. Connex Credit Union’s Mortgage Director will lead the workshop, “Buying Your First Home.”

Thinking about buying your first home now or in the near future? A workshop to be held April 25 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Connex Hamden Branch,                 2100 Dixwell Ave., will help prepare you for the process. 

Anyone interested in attending should call 1-800-CR-UNION (1-800-278-6466) and register with a Member Service Representative.  

Workshops, held throughout the year, cover a wide range of topics including: saving, credit scores, reverse mortgages and Medicare. The workshops are open to both members and non-members.
