Hamden Apartment Building Sells for $1.385 Million
The building was under contract less than two weeks after being listed, Pearce Real Estate in North Haven said in announcing the deal.

NORTH HAVEN, CT — A 17-unit residential apartment building at 550 Whitney Avenue in Hamden has sold for $1.385 million.
Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, announced the sale in a press release on Monday.
Pearce Real Estate represented both the buyer and seller with Joel Galvin, a senior commercial agent in the North Haven office, and Gerri Sutfin, a residential sales associate in the company’s New Haven office, joining forces on the deal, according to Pearce.

Galvin represented the seller, Ellsworth’s Capri, LLC., and he and Sutfin represented the buyer, Wildwood Holding, LLC.
“Joel Galvin and Gerri Sutfin are veteran Pearce Commercial and Residential Sales agents, respectively, they know and listen to their clients, and both know how to get a deal done,” Pearce said in a statement. “Interestingly, this building was under contract in less than two weeks after being listed and closed within 60 days, with all parties fully informed and delighted with the flawless outcome.”
