Coronavirus CT: Mohegan Sun, Foxwoods Announce Cancellations
Both casinos announced concerts and large gathering events are being cancelled or postponed.
UNCASVILLE, CT — Foxwoods Resort and Casino and Mohegan Sun Casino and Resort have announced a number of cancelled events and other measures to help contain the spread of the coronavirus.
Foxwoods announced that Tony Bennett's March 13 show will be rescheduled for June 6. Several other concerts and events in March have been rescheduled or cancelled.
Foxwood's bingo hall will close starting March 14. The poker room, tournament area, keno and reacebook are temporarily closed. Table games in most areas of the casino are being closed as well.

Mohegan Sun announced several events are being scheduled or cancelled. The Poker High Hand promotion is cancelled until further notice. Hotel reservations can be cancelled up to two days prior by 11:59 p.m. to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax. (Don't miss Connecticut coronavirus updates as they are announced live.
