Foxwoods Wants To Extend Alcohol Service Hours: Report

MASHANTUCKET, CT — The Mashantucket Pequot Tribe will seek permission to extend hours of alcohol service at Foxwoods in response to the Massachusetts Gaming Commission's recent approval of two extra hours of alcohol service for active gamblers at MGM Springfield, the New London Day reported.

According to the Day, Foxwoods officials said they have already approached state lawmakers on several occasions over the years about later alcohol service. Before his unexpected passing, Foxwoods CEO Felix Rappaport had also recently voiced support for extended hours of alcohol service.
