Ledyard Assistant Made Interim Head Coach for 2016 Football Season
He brings passion to both the new position and the upcoming season.

Ledyard High School Assistant Coach Mark Farnsworth was named the interim head football coach Tuesday for the 2016 season, according to The Day.
The news was announced by Assistant Principal and Athletic Director Jim Buonocore, who vacated the head coach position to accept his current one, The Day reported. Farnworth comes with experience, having coached inside linebackers and been an offensive assistant for running backs, as well as the head boys' lacrosse coach.
“It is an honor to be selected to lead the Ledyard High School football program," Farnsworth said in a release obtained by The Day. "I look forward to upholding the rich tradition that has been established within the community.”
