Police said that an investigation determined that Nunn provided the 17-year-old girl with prescription narcotics which she took in his car and then passed out.

Nunn drove her back to her house while she was unresponsive and got help getting her out of the car and onto the walkway. Nunn told a witness that she took "something" but he couldn’t afford to get in trouble and left before police arrived.
