At 7:00 PM, Thursday, November 12, 2020 the Ledyard PZC will hold Public Hearings on the following applications remotely via WEBEX (**access information available on town website).
APPLICATION #PZ20-03SUP - 813 Shewville Road, Ledyard, CT (M43, B2210, L813) – Applicant/Property Owner, Roger Walworth for Special Use Permit/Site Plan review & approval per ZR Sec. 8.2.H for Construction of a 30’ x 50’ Accessory Structure (Barn).

APPLICATION #PZ20-04SUP – 193 Iron St., Ledyard, CT (M56, B2220, L193) – Applicant/Property Owner, Allyson Angelini for Special Use Permit & approval for a 30’x72’ seasonal high tunnel for vegetable growing.
Copies of the applications are on file for inspection in the Land Use Office at Town Hall, 741 Colonel Ledyard Hwy, Ledyard, CT 06339.
